Your future role

In this role, you will be part of an experienced mainframe team keeping the most vital banking services of one of the largest financial institutions in Austria up and running. Your focus will be on the mainframe database systems DB2 and Adabas and this will be your future day-to-day:

• Data modelling
• Building and designing database solutions
• System hardening & resilience
• Performance tuning
• Backup and restore incl. capacity clanning
• Incident and problem management

Furthermore you will act as a subject matter expert for all mainframe database topics and will be a vital interface to other (mainframe) departments.

Desired qualifications

You have a deep understanding and extensive experience in mainframe data base systems - Adabas and/or DB2? You are also well-versed in other mainframe technologies such as JCL and REXX? Perfect!

If not, don't worry - if you have some experience with mainframe technologies - e.g. as architect, developer or programmer - feel free to get in touch!

Salary range

From EUR 3,800 gross/month (on full-time basis) according to qualifications and experience.
