Job Description
In this position, you will be responsible for the global strategic procurement of services. This includes not only the independent development of the category strategy but also its implementation in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. With your experience and hands-on mentality, you will be able to achieve the best possible commercial outcome while actively driving and implementing change processes within the organization through effective stakeholder management.
Your responsibilities include:
- Development and implementation of global procurement strategies for the Services category, which may include Consulting, HR Leasing, Marketing, or Travel
- Responsibility for all procurement activities, including contract management
- Preparation and execution of tenders in collaboration with the responsible departments, as well as conducting negotiations independently
- Active key supplier management, including regular market monitoring and risk analyses
- Proactive stakeholder management with all relevant departments to understand and strategically incorporate the requirements of different regions
Qualifications
- Successfully completed education
- Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the travel sector
- Hands-on mentality and strong solution orientation
- Ability to inspire yourself and others, with a strong customer and team orientation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and German (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
- Intercultural competence and willingness to travel to a limited extend

This position is also suitable for part-time employees (minimum of 20 hours per week), depending on qualifications and task distribution. We welcome applications from candidates interested in a part-time role.
The salary offered for this position is in line with the market and is based on specific qualifications and appropriate professional experience.
We are legally obliged to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 35,728 according to the collective agreement (wood processing industry).
