As the Knowledge Management department, we do provide solutions to our business departments that allow collection and distribution of their knowledge. Therefore, we build and manage back-end solutions that fit our requirements to store documented knowledge and that allow easy sharing along a complex target audience setting. Furthermore, we do build and manage front-end solutions that allow easy access to knowledge items for all different user groups. On top, we build communities of business users, so that Knowledge Management becomes a habit within the organization. We are looking for a motivated intern to join us in June/July 2025 for a period of 6 months.
As intern you'll support the implementation of Knowledge Management strategy in three HQ departments. Additionally you'll support the development and implementation of training on KM processes and tooling. Also you'll participate in the development of Knowledge Management processes.
During your internship you'll contribute to the creation of Knowledge Management reporting content, to the evaluation, revision, and continuous improvement of the KM Framework.
