Change Manager Fruit and Vegetable (f/m/d)
How You'll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- Drive process optimization in warehouse operations and transport services by supporting stakeholders through change management
- Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of their challenges and proactively addressing their concerns
- Design and implement sustainable solutions for a fruit and vegetable hub, aligning with our net-zero objectives
- Lead the end-to-end tender process, ensuring fairness, transparency, and strategic supplier selection
- Manage and coordinate an international team, fostering collaboration and high performance
- Engage in close cooperation with international departments, country organizations within the ALDI SÜD Group, as well as suppliers and logistics service provider
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- Completed university degree, ideally with a focus on logistics or supply chain management
- Proven experience in change management and communication strategies, with the ability to navigate and drive transformation effectively
- Background in produce or fresh product logistics, including warehouse and transport operations and/or managing logistics service providers
- Proactive mindset, with a hands-on approach and enthusiasm for building projects from the ground up in a dynamic environment
- Reliable, structured, and result-oriented way of working in a dynamic work environment
- Very good communication and negotiation skills with a high degree of assertiveness
- Fluent Business English skills

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from EUR 104.350*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
