YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support End-to-End process analysis, brainstorm and discuss optimizations to efficiently exploit synergies, keeping a strong focus on the customer.
- Develop (ad-hoc) analyses and reports on business related activities as a base for recommendations on optimizations and improvements along the Supply Chain.
- Monitoring of supply chain systems and their relevant interfaces.
- Operational support in the daily business.
- Assist in cross-functional planning and coordination of multi-category activities.
- Internal and external stakeholder management (logistics, financial and payment partners).
- Support for a smooth, efficient execution of the entire logistical process from the order to the return of the goods.
- Administrate SAP system-supported inventory control and actively contribute to ensure product availability.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You are in the middle of your master's studies in supply chain or a comparable technical or economic field of study.
- First work experience in similar roles and other internships is an advantage.
- You are characterized by your agility and analytical thinking skills as well as communication skills, combined with being an excellent team player.
- You have good IT skills (MS Office) and first experience with analysis tools (e.g. Power BI), SAP experience is an advantage.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal. German knowledge is an advantage, but not a must have.
