Junior Public Sector Finance Specialist *

YOUR TASKS
- Assist in conducting market research and relative value analysis across various public sector exposures.
- Support sourcing deals in primary and secondary markets through existing relationships.
- Help with executing and coordinating due diligence tasks.
- Assist in the analysis and negotiation of legal documentation, such as LAs, SPAs, and EMTNs.
- Support the credit application, approval, and funding process.
- Provide ongoing assistance in monitoring and reviewing closed transactions.
YOUR PROFILE
- A basic understanding of public sector finance, with a focus on EU countries (0-2 years of relevant work experience).
- Basic understanding of legal, structural, credit, and liquidity risks.
- Able to contribute to project management and work within tight deadlines.
- A results-oriented approach with a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in both German and English is required; Spanish and/or French skills would be a plus.

We guarantee a competitive salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications, starting at EUR 41.693,40 gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement. Salary requests above this amount will be considered depending on your previous experience and qualifications.
