What to expect:

A function with motivated and performance-driven teams who strive to contribute to Customer Markets International success in a very dynamic and ever-changing environment:

  • Contribute to managing strategic initiatives within Business Development in close alignment with Chief Business Development Officer International
  • Support constant improvement of cross-functional and cross-country collaboration model among UNIQA Group
  • Contribute to preparation of documents and presentations for key meetings (e.g., Supervisory Board, & Customer Markets International-wide communications)
  • Manage Business Development International budget incl. reporting and coordinate with different departments across Customer Markets International
  • Lead organization of Business Development International offsites or team events
  • Support Chief Business Development Officer International in day-to-day operations (e.g., stakeholder management, appointment coordination, travel management, invoice management)

What we expect:

  • Completed studies (Bachelor or Master) ideally with a business focus
  • 1 - 2 years of professional experience in a similar position is an advantage, but not a must
  • Experience in managing projects and processes
  • Confident handling of digital tools and MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
  • Conceptual and analytical skills as well as a structured way of working
  • Flexible, team-oriented and responsible personality
  • Excellent stakeholder management and oral and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English, German is an advantage
