How You'll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- At ALDI SÜD"s International Customer Interaction unit, you design seamless and engaging customer experiences across digital, in-store, and service touchpoints
- As a Specialist for Brands & Campaigns you will support the development and execution of brand and campaign initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- You'll support to manage specific workstreams related to brand identity, create assets or campaign execution, ensuring structured planning and timely delivery
- You'll conduct research and gather insights on brand positioning, competitive landscape and campaign best practices
- In your role you assist in the preparation of reports, brand guidelines, and campaign presentations for internal stakeholders
- You support in the implementation and maintenance of brand identity, ensuring consistency across creative assets and campaigns
- In addition, you help ensure alignment between creative vision, brand guidelines, and business objectives, working closely with internal teams and agencies
- You assist in coordinating campaign execution, ensuring on-time delivery and effective messaging across channels
- As a Specialist for Brands & Campaigns you support the evaluation of brand performance and campaign effectiveness, gathering insights and reporting on key metrics
- Your tasks include to maintain documentation and knowledge-sharing platforms, ensuring brand guidelines, assets, and best practices are easily accessible
- Another task that awaits you is to prepare presentations and reports, communicate branding updates and provide campaign insights and performance tracking
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- As a Specialist for Brands & Campaigns you have a degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communication or a related field
- You have more than a year of experience in brand management, campaign execution, or marketing operations within a fast-paced environment
- You are familiar with brand guidelines, creative processes and marketing execution
- You have strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to support branding and campaign initiatives effectively
- Ability to collaborate across teams and functions, ensuring brand alignment and consistency is one of your strong points
- You have excellent communication skills
- You enjoy preparing campaign material, presentations and reports
- You have experience in supporting brand development and campaign execution, including coordination with agencies and stakeholders
- You're fluent in the English language, additional languages are a plus

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from EUR 54.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
