Specialist - Digital Upskilling & Training (f/m/d)

How You'll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • At ALDI SÜD"s International Customer Interaction unit, you design seamless and engaging customer experiences across digital, in-store, and service touchpoints while driving global efficiency and cost savings
  • As a Specialist for Digital Upskilling & Training you support the development and execution of digital training programs by assisting in content creation, coordination and rollout
  • You support managing specific workstreams related to digital learning, ensuring structured planning and timely delivery of training initiatives
  • In your role you conduct research and gather insights on digital learning trends, methodologies and best practices to enhance upskilling efforts
  • You'll assist in the preparation of reports, training materials and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • In addition, you support assessing training needs by collecting and analysing input from different functions and country organisations
  • You assist in coordinating upskilling efforts, ensuring alignment with product lines and efficient rollout across regions
  • As a Specialist for Digital Upskilling & Training you support the development and localisation of training materials, ensuring content is relevant and user-friendly for different markets
  • You are responsible to maintain training documentation, ensuring key learnings, updates and resources are accurately recorded and accessible
  • In addition, you help training effectiveness, gathering feedback and performance data to refine learning approaches
  • In your role you prepare supporting materials for training sessions, workshops and internal knowledge sharing forums

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • As a Specialist for Digital Upskilling & Training you have a degree in administration or other relevant fields
  • You have more than a year of experience with digital learning or corporate training in fast paced environment
  • You have initial experience in assessing training needs and developing digital training content for large organisations
  • Ability to coordinate training across functions and markets is one of your strong points
  • You bring exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • You enjoy developing training material and leading workshops
  • You're fluent in the English language
  • You strive for simplicity, efficiency and cost- effectivenes

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from EUR 54.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
