Manager - Digital Upskilling & Training (f/m/d)

How You'll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • At ALDI SÜD"s International Customer Interaction unit, you design seamless and engaging customer experiences across digital, in-store, and service touchpoints while driving global efficiency and cost savings
  • As a Manager for Digital Upskilling & Training you lead and manage digital upskilling initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic business needs and organisational priorities
  • You act as a central point of coordination between business strategy, product lines and country organisations to ensure training alignment and scalability
  • In your role you oversee the evaluation of training needs and design of digital training programs and contents across functions and countries
  • You orchestrate training and upskilling across functions, while ensuring employees across markets can master digital tools and processes in close collaboration with product lines
  • In addition, you represent digital upskilling in cross-functional discussions, ensuring training initiatives are effectively communicated to (senior) stakeholders
  • You'll be responsible to evaluate training needs across functions and country organisations, ensuring content is tailored to the evolving digital Customer Interaction (CI) landscape
  • In your role you define frameworks and best practices for training execution, enabling efficient knowledge transfer across the organisation
  • You'll develop KPIs and tracking mechanisms to measure training effectiveness and continuously optimise learning formats
  • As a Manager for Digital Upskilling & Training you support the preparation for training documentation, playbooks and knowledge-sharing materials for internal distribution
  • In addition, you prepare presentations and reports to communicate training initiatives, progress and impact to leadership and key stakeholders

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • As a Manager for Digital Upskilling & Training you have a degree in Business Administration or other related fields
  • You have several years of professional experience with digital learning or corporate training in a fast-paced environment
  • As a leader, you are able to manage teams and projects
  • You have experience in developing and implementing international training curriculums for large organisations
  • As a Manger for Digital Upskilling & Training you have experience in facilitating workshops, upskilling initiatives and knowledge-sharing formats at an international scale
  • Ability to coordinate training across functions and markets is one of your strong points
  • You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • You enjoy developing training materials and leading workshops
  • You strive for simplicity, efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • You're fluent in the English language

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from EUR 104.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
