IT System and Support Engineer

What You'll Do:
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact for all IT-related requests and incidents, offering 1st and 2nd level support.
- Manage assets and incidents/requests in our ticketing system, ensuring quality and accuracy of information.
- Administer user accounts and user rights across all Lenzing Group IT services.
- Create documentation and user manuals for frequently used services and train key users.
- Oversee hardware and software order management and supervise the order process.
- Provide 1st level support for Unified Communication devices on site.
- Set up and deliver IT hardware, including PCs, laptops, smartphones, printers, servers, and network switches.
- Support local production-relevant IT services and collaborate with the local automation team.
- Participate in local IT projects and provide global infrastructure support to ensure all systems are running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in IT.
- Broad knowledge of MS Windows and MS-Office products, SAP, M365, Ticket Management Systems, Active Directory/IDM, cloud applications, global server infrastructure, and global networks.
- Stress resistance and adaptability.
- Strong interpersonal, English, and intercultural skills and reports to Global team in Austria.
