The Off Premise Data Management team is taking care of Field Sales applications, enabling Field Sales Team around the world to execute efficiently in-store and collect insights on Red Bull's in-store execution. Perfect Store data collected is processed in top-notch BI Reporting solutions and serve as a base to provide visibility on execution and derive actions to further improve execution standards in markets. The Off Premise Data intern will be in charge of supporting the team starting from the Field Sales Applications over reporting until support in providing launch and onboarding material, working closely together with stakeholder within the wider Off Premise team, IT and external stakeholders.
This is your chance to join us as a International Off Premise Data Intern in May/June 2025 for six months. We are seeking a motivated and talented individual who is eager to learn and contribute to our dynamic environment.
In this internship you'll work on comprehensive onboarding and learning packages and create training materials to support the go-live of new projects and enhancements.
Another task will be to collect and document best practices from markets around the world and maintain the Perfect Store Reporting Sharepoint intranet, including setting up FAQs. You'll also provide support for BI related user requests in the Red Bull markets and head office.
As an intern, you'll test support for projects and enhancements to BI reporting solutions and coordinate bug fixes with IT colleagues. You'll also ensure the data quality of Perfect Store Performance Reporting.
In this role, you'll help develop a comprehensive rollout package, including training materials, presentations and market-specific inputs. You'll support IR PRO model testing by performing checks, analysing reports and presenting results.
You'll also assist with Planograms compliance checks within GET (Global Execution Tool), including scoping, documentation and testing. You'll help to document key processes, take minutes of meetings and ensure that Confluence is updated with the latest information.
One of your tasks will be to create user guides and develop training materials for the GET (Global Execution Tool) administration tool (Central App). You'll help improve the SFU (Sales Force Upload) documentation and improve the documentation for the SFU process.
You'll help maintain the GET Targets library, including maintenance, creation of user guides and test support.
In addition you'll also manage and update the GET SharePoint space to ensure accessibility and organisation.
