Are you passionate about the automotive industry and eager to shape the future of mobility? At Kia Austria, we are looking for a:

General Manager Sales (m/f/d)

In this role you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy for Kia Austria to achieve sales and profit targets by effectively managing the sales team, dealer network, and key partners.
  • Manage performance across all sales channels (new and used vehicles, retail, fleet, and dealers), ensuring accurate forecasts and timely reporting.
  • Create and implement targeted fleet, used car, and LCV sales strategies.
  • Lead the Sales Field team to support dealer network performance, collaborating with Marketing, Dealer Development, and Kia Finance to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  • Manage Kia Austria's planning, ordering, supply chain, logistics, and stock.
  • Strengthen relationships between Kia Austria and its dealer network, fostering partnerships for sustainable growth.
  • Develop and implement a dealer performance management process.
  • Provide feedback to dealers and the sales team to support sales plans, production orders, quarterly campaigns, and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will drive both qualitative and quantitative growth, ensuring business objectives and committed sales targets are met. Candidates must have a university degree with min. 12 years of experience in sales leadership roles. A strong understanding of the Austrian automotive market and dealer sales processes is essential. Expertise in strategic planning, execution, and market evaluation is required, along with proficiency in MS Office (Excel), CRM software, and data-driven sales management. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills are crucial. Fluency in German and English is mandatory, and willingness to travel within Austria and internationally is expected.

For this exciting position, we offer an annual All-In gross salary starting at a minimum of EUR 130,000,-- depending on qualifications and prior experience, along with numerous social benefits.
