Group Enterprise-wide Risk Management (ERM) function has been established to enable an increased focus on holistic risk management and provide comprehensive, cross-risk oversight to further enhance group-wide risk portfolio steering. Credit RWA Management and Methods is part of the Group Enterprise-wide Risk Management and main tasks are management of credit RWA aiming for optimized application of the Basel framework and provision of an adequate and automated calculation infrastructure.

Your Tasks

• Analysis and validation of the adequate calculation of group credit RWA according to Basel 4 regulations across all Erste Group entities
• Participation in different projects
• Support credit RWA control function within Erste Group
• Support in different ad-hoc requests

Your Background

• Ongoing studies at University/University of Applied Sciences with a background in mathematics, statistics or economics
• You pay attention to detail and are interested in working with data and IT related issues
• You have advanced IT knowledge including MS Excel, Word, Power Point, SQL
• You act as a team player with hands-on approach, willingness to learn and good communication skills
• You have the ability to work across diverse cultural backgrounds
