Your Tasks

• Participation in the planning process and performance of earnings analyses and forecast calculations for the VIG Group companies in the CEE region
• Close cooperation with the VIG Managing Board member responsible for the country to support strategic decisions and corporate management
• Support and implementation of local projects in the respective markets
• Independent preparation of reports, ad hoc analyses and preparation of documents for the Supervisory Board of VIG Group companies
• Ensuring a sound financial assessment of economic development and market opportunities within the CEE region

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in the insurance industry, ideally in financial or analysis-related areas
• Strong analytical skills and a precise and structured way of communicating
• Initiative and a proactive way of working
• Team orientation and strong interpersonal skills
• Solution-oriented, independent and responsible working approach
• Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of a CEE language is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS-Office
• Willingness to travel

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3 248,7 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37.5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
This full-time position is to be filled immediately. This is a maternity leave replacement.
