We are looking for engaged and enthusiastic IT Analysts (Internship) to join our team in building the finest digital banking products in the area of Daily Banking Experience, part of Digital Platform and Customer Journeys Tribe. You will be part of a team that focuses on customer journeys in cards, accounts, cashdesk, customer messenger, and product approval systems.

What to do:

• Design and operate solutions consistent with business requirements.
• Turn complex situations into clear methods and directions.
• Model and create business processes using BPMN
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create shared understanding.
• Support colleagues and see things from their perspectives.
• Embrace Agile and DevOps for successful solutions.

• Enrolled student at a university or college.
• Understanding of testing and documentation in software projects.
• Basic knowledge of IT operations tools and ticketing systems.
• Ability to relate situations to the software product lifecycle.

• Fluent in German and English.
• Independent work ethic with dedication to team collaboration.
• Balance diplomacy with advocating for effective solutions.
• Have a 'big-picture' perspective.
