Job Description

Manage IT M&A projects, including due diligence, post-merger integration, and IT separations/carve-outs.

Oversee the initiation, execution, and successful closure of projects while managing cross-functional teams.

Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.

Continuously improve internal processes and contribute to team development.

Represent the company's policies, procedures, and culture throughout the project lifecycle.

Build and maintain strong relationships with various project parties to ensure project success.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in managing complex IT projects, particularly in M&A, IT integrations, and separations.

Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully guiding teams through all stages of project lifecycles.

In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration.

Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.

Ability to identify challenges and resolve issues effectively, ensuring successful project outcomes.

Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement within teams and processes.
