EMEA SAP Key User and Specialist on EDI messages (m/f/d)

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As an EMEA SAP Key User & Specialist for EDI messages, you will manage process-driven tasks at the EMEA level and product-driven tasks at the country level. You will act as a key link between SAP end users, EDI partners, and the SAP and EDI development departments, ensuring smooth communication and efficient implementation of solutions. Your role will contribute to the optimization of business processes and the successful integration of SAP and EDI transactions across multiple markets.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Main contact for technical questions for Customer Service, Sales, Brands, IT and EDI Partners
• Analyze and implement the right processes to manage and optimize workload
• Track processes and manage errors
• Create tickets and organize follow-up calls
• Knowledge in SAP SD and EDI 1st level support
• Full understanding of EDI message types
• Create order forms and maintain sales tools
• Proficient in Excel
• Team player and good in communication
• Ability to work independently
• Open-minded

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

• Fluent in German and English
• Very high knowledge in Excel
• Good planning and prioritization skills
• Cooperation and teamwork
• Being proactive in finding solutions for challenging issues
• Ability to build and harmonize complex processes
• Outcome-oriented
• Open to changes and adjustments

Compensation for this position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in the trade sector.
