AI/Machine Learning Engineer
We detect and track trains in real-time and know exactly what is happening along the rail. For this, we use state-of-the-art technology and unique solutions for the global railway industry. Are you ready to shape the future with us?
Your main roles and responsibilities
- Be part of our global Data & AI team and actively contribute to our AI initiatives
- Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions
- Build and integrate robust APIs for AI service deployment
- Develop and deploy machine learning models from conceptualization to production using established software development standards
- Establish and maintain Ops practices, including CI/CD pipelines for AI models
- Monitor, maintain and optimise model performance in production environments
You are just right for this role if
- You possess strong ML Engineering skills, including model development, training and optimization
- You have experience with LLM frameworks (e.g. Langchain) and RAG implementations
- You're interested in building and deploying AI agents and automated systems
- You're interested in prompt engineering and LLM optimization
- You're skilled in API development and integration
- You're experienced with Ops tools and practices (Mosaic, MLflow, Docker, CI/CD pipelines e.g. Gitlab)
- Ideally, you already have hands-on experience with Databricks for data processing and modelling
- You want to stay current with the latest developments in AI and ML technologies
- You possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- You can work effectively in a team environment
- You have excellent communication skills in English to engage effectively with a global team
