Group Business Data Integration is dedicated to managing and optimizing the Data Warehouse and Data Lake environments. It ensures the data collection from internal and external data sources to meet regulatory, steering and analytics data needs of the Erste Group Bank.The Data Integration Team is a pivotal unit within our organization, dedicated to managing and optimizing our data warehouse and data lake environments. This team ensures seamless data integration and provides high-quality data services to internal customers for regulatory compliance, strategic steering, and advanced analytics.

Your Tasks

  • Maintenance of the ESG Data Collection strategy in collaboration with the relevant units of the bank
  • Creating and aligning the yearly strategic objectives for ESG Data Collection
  • Monitoring the implementation of the ESG data collection objectives in the bank, by working closely with the established projects
  • Managing key stakeholders
  • Coordinating the yearly self-assessment on the implementation of the ESG data collection strategic objectives
  • Market research for new ESG data sources

Your Background

  • An academic degree (BA/MA)
  • At least 3 years of working experience as Business Analyst or Project Manager
  • A general understanding of main banking business related regulatory requirements
  • Previous experience with ESG related topics is an advantage
  • Very good organizational, time management and analytical abilities
  • Fluent in English
