Intermarket Bank AG ("IMB") is a specialized financial institution for Supply-Chain-Finance services ("SCF") and part of Erste Group.IMB serves corporate clients from SMEs to Mid-Caps and Large International corporations, whereby Factoring, Invoice Discounting, Forfeiting and Reverse Factoring ("ErsteConfirming"), are the anchor products.In the future also additional SCF products including Invoice Dynamic Discounting, Purchase-Order-Finance and inventory/warehouse based finance solutions will be part of the product portfolio.IMB also acts as Group Center of Competence for SCF Products within the Erste Group in close cooperation with the respective departments and Erste Group network banks for SCF Business in CEE.

The department "Organisation & IT" is responsible for System Operations (RtB) and System Enhancements (CtB) for the entire IT Architecture of Intermarket including the management of third party providers (IT Provider Management).In addition, it covers IT Audit, Legal and Financials as well as regulatory data reporting requirements towards Erste Group Bank.

Your Tasks

​​​​​Business Analysis requirements:

  • Support business in writing requirements and understand vendor specification.
  • Review and improvement of existing business and system processes:
  • As-Is process review
  • Process data collection
  • System architecture flow
  • Understanding the Business and Operating Models, especially processes, data, and applied IT Solutions.
  • Performs all tasks for Business analysis (customer requirements, functional specs, application documentation, define and execute testcases, business analytical methods)
  • Knowledge of SQL methodology is an advantage.
  • Understand current state of business architecture and current technology of IT system capabilities.
  • Supporting in the resolution of operations incidents

Business Consultancy requirements:

  • Strategy Development and Alignment:
  • Learn, understand, and support tasks for Strategic Development on team and department level.
  • Learn and understand scope definition by applying proven practices of Change Management methods/models/tools (need of urgency, roles in change, change communication, …) appropriate to the size/type of change
  • Supports execution of change management activities and facilitates implementation of changes e.g. organizational structure, business lines, processes

Your Background

  • ​​​Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking and information technology (ideally in Corporates business)
  • Ability to refine business and technical requirements and act as a bridge between technology and business value
  • Passion for business processes and continuous learning.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance and familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Service Now
  • Strong communication, stress-resilience, and respectful attitude towards others
