YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Your tasks In this responsible and varied position, you will play a key role in the Controlling department. You will not only be an important part of the team, but will also make a significant contribution to the further development and optimisation of our management and reporting tools. Your tasks will include:

• Monthly reporting & analysis: preparation of monthly reports, variance and results analyses as well as ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making.
• Budget and forecast management: Responsibility for budget planning and forecasts in the Retail division and subsidiaries.
• Optimisation & further development: Development and improvement of management and reporting tools, identification of optimisation potential.
• Interface function: Competent contact person for product managers, managing directors and the Executive Board.
• Board analyses: Preparation of precise analyses and presentations for the Management Board.

YOUR PROFILE

You are a committed, solution-orientated and analytical person with a passion for numbers and strategic thinking. Your profile includes:

• Academic education: Degree in business administration, finance or controlling.
• Professional experience: Experience in controlling/accounting desirable, ideally in the financial services sector.
• Technical expertise: Confident handling of MS Office, experience with SQL, SAP, PowerBI an advantage.
• Analytical skills: Very good comprehension, analytical skills and structured way of working.
• Communication: Strong communication skills and team spirit.
• Languages: Fluency in German and English.

We guarantee a competitive salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications, starting at EUR 44.476,88 gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement. Salary requests above this amount will be considered depending on your previous experience and qualifications.
