Your Tasks

You will participate in the actuarial and reporting processes of VIG Group with focus on life and reinsurance business. Your tasks will cover a broad range of activities:

• Being an internal consulting partner for our solo entities in CEE on various actuarial and business related topics
• Support the development and regular updates of the life actuarial model in Prophet
• Support our solo entities using the life actuarial model in Prophet (methodology, model setup, best practice, model updates)
• Validation and interpretation of IFRS 17 and Solvency II expected cash-flows
• Cross-functional projects within Group
• Continuous monitoring of the performance, identifying areas for improvement, and preparing management reports to guide business decisions

Your Profile

• Degree in actuarial science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or similar
• Experience in actuarial modelling in Prophet will be considered as a plus
• Ability to work in a team, effective communication skills especially when dealing with complex topics
• Analytical thinking, a holistic and result oriented approach
• Ability to communicate and present results in English (C1), German will be considered as a plus

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3 436,86 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37.5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
