Aufgaben

• Administration of financial and commercial tasks for STRABAG Real Estate with main focus on cost accounting
• Project controlling and reporting
• Financial project management for dedicated real estate projects (residential)
• Support in feasibility calculations for projects in acquisition and in realisation
• Cooridnation of tasks with BRVZ (shares service provider of STRABAG for inernal-, external and personal accounting)

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a commercial controller/businessman for at least 5 years (experience in AS4U and big companies)
• Excellent written and spoken German or English and Slovak language skills
• Very good knowledge of structuring and handling property projects (incl. legal and group accounting)
• Very good MS Office skills (also Teams, OneNote, Planner, etc.)
• A high degree of technical and economic understanding and a sense of responsibility
• An independent, precise and structured way of working as well as a confident demeanour
• Willingness to learn, initiative, reliability, flexibility and above-average commitment round off your profile

Wir bieten

Salary from: from 3000,- EUR/month (gross) , the final salary will depend on the qualifications and experience of the candidate, language courses and other training (soft skills, hard skills) at the workplace, Company health management, Multisport card (with surcharge), catering allowance beyond the law, catering in own canteen within the building We are looking forward to your application!
