The voestalpine High Performance Metals SCM company will further develop the processes for forecast and material requirements planning with the help of digitized and cross-company planning approaches and applicants. It will work together with the production and VAS companies to manage the supply chain and ensure its stability, with the lowest possible buffer stocks and a high service level.

Job description

  • Work with internal client (m/f/d) cross-functional teams including IT and business stakeholders (m/f/d) as well as external service provider (m/f/d)
  • Participate in solution/technical design and work closely with architects (m/f/d) and program owner in the global supply chain team and related functions to build datasets as per the solution design
  • Configuration in integrated planning system, dimensions, measures, rules, plugins etc. using various tools and techniques provided by the integrated planning system
  • Use mathematical models, predictive methods, statistical techniques, optimization algorithms and simulations to analyze, manipulate and interpret large enterprise data and provide business insights and data visualization
  • Analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes, utilizing various BI tools and techniques to transform and visualize data
  • Create and execute test-cases, document and fix issue as well as assist with Super User (m/f/d) and End User (m/f/d) training for a global user base

What we offer

Salary Package and Benefits: The collective minimum salary agreement for this position is EUR 3.682,25 gross (14 x per year). The actual payment depends on the particular qualification and experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree. Degrees in the following fields: Operations Research, Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields (including Supply Chain Engineering & Management)
  • 1-3 years work experience or projects in supply chain
  • Experience implementing or administrating supply chain planning solutions (such as o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, etc.) or working in the supply chain/ logistics domain with a focus on planning is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and one or more languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar is required
  • Knowledge of SAP Supply Chain Modules (MM, SD, PP), ABAP and Python is preferred
  • Mobility required in this position: national, international
  • Good English Skills (C1), German (preferred)
