Your responsibilities

Are you passionate about shaping the future of HR through digital innovation? Join the Human Resources team at ISTA, where we provide essential support to our international workforce through modern HR practices. In line with our ambitious growth trajectory, we're seeking a forward-thinking HR Expert to lead the digital transformation of our HR systems and processes, preparing them to support over 2,200 global scientists and colleagues by 2036. In this role, you'll manage and drive HR projects, optimize processes, and implement digital solutions that enhance our organization's efficiency and effectiveness. You will be the primary advocate for digital transformation within our HR core processes, working closely with key stakeholders to bring innovative, strategic HR initiatives to life.

  • Analyze and optimize existing HR processes and systems, creating a long-term roadmap for HR technology advancements
  • Leverage digital technologies to streamline HR processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive strategic HR objectives
  • Manage, and support various HR projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery within project scope
  • Collaborate closely with HR teams and other divisions to align digital initiatives
  • Utilize digital project management tools for effective planning and seamless execution
  • Coordinate with IT and external vendors to implement and integrate digital solutions that elevate our HR capabilities
  • Engage stakeholders through effective communication, training, and workshops
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and analytics for informed, data-driven decision-making
  • Stay current with the latest digital trends and best practices in HR to continually elevate our HR services

Your profile

  • Proven expertise in HR project & process management and/or digital transformation
  • Experience within a corporate international environment is a plus
  • Proficient in digital tools and HR systems, like SAP
  • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to align and engage multiple teams and stakeholders
  • A solution-driven mindset with a passion for optimizing HR processes through digital innovation
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to lead workshops and trainings
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and the ability to manage multiple digital priorities effectively
  • Business fluency in English; a good command of German is advantageous
