The voestalpine High Performance Metals SCM company will further develop the processes for forecast and material requirements planning with the help of digitized and cross-company planning approaches and applicants. It will work together with the production and VAS companies to manage the supply chain and ensure its stability, with the lowest possible buffer stocks and a high service level.

Job description

  • Project Controlling & Governance: Maintain oversight of project milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with the project plan. Provide financial transparency by closely monitoring spending, tracking variance, and delivering cost forecasts
  • Supplier Management: Oversee supplier activities and contracts, ensure adherence to SLAs, manage supplier performance, and enforce contractual obligations. Act as the primary interface between suppliers (m/f/d) and internal stakeholders (m/f/d)
  • Reporting & Documentation: Deliver comprehensive status updates, KPI reports, and project documentation for stakeholders (m/f/d) at all levels. Ensure all reporting aligns with company standards and audit requirements

What we offer

Salary Package and Benefits: The collective minimum salary agreement for this position is EUR 3.909,12 gross (14 x per year). The actual payment depends on the particular qualification and experience.

Qualifications

  • Background in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience in project controlling, supplier management, or PMO roles, preferably within large IT transformation projects (SAP S/4HANA experience is highly desirable)
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, and analysis
  • Supplier management skills, with experience negotiating, managing, and controlling supplier contracts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working across functions and teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
